    Applying a wall sticker is simple. But we know you might hesitate the first time. So we've got you covered.

    12-month guarantee · On all our stickers

    What's covered

    On all our stickers, for 12 months after delivery:

    • the application didn't go to plan (sticker creased, torn or badly positioned)
    • the sticker arrived damaged
    • the sticker is peeling off even though it was applied to a suitable wall

    In these cases, we'll send you the same sticker again free of charge, delivery included.

    How to claim

    1. Email us

      Write to info@maison-stickers-muraux.com with your order number.

    2. Attach a photo

      Attach a photo of the sticker, and of the wall if it's peeling off.

    3. Get your sticker

      We'll send you a replacement sticker.

    Conditions

    • Your claim is made within 12 months of delivery.
    • The sticker was applied to a smooth, clean, dry surface: no textured render, no damp walls and no paint less than 3 weeks old.
    • One free replacement per sticker ordered.

    Your statutory rights

    This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights and does not replace them: your 14-day right to cancel and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for faulty goods.
