You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind and send your stickers back – no reason needed. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we've made a mistake.
For a full refund, your sticker must be:
A sticker that has been applied and then removed loses its adhesive properties and can't be resold, so we may deduct that loss in value from your refund. Personalised or made-to-measure stickers can't be returned unless they're faulty.
Within 14 days of delivery, write to info@maison-stickers-muraux.com with your order number and the word “Return”. No need to give a reason.
We'll email you the return address within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
Send your stickers back in their original packaging within 14 days of telling us. Return postage is paid by you (unless the item is faulty or we've made a mistake). We recommend a tracked service, and please keep your proof of postage until you've been refunded.
Once we've received and checked your parcel, your refund or exchange is processed within 7 working days.
If your sticker arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, just let us know as soon as you notice it. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected, and we cover any return costs for faulty items.
Simply email a photo to info@maison-stickers-muraux.com with your order number. We'll quickly offer you a replacement or a refund, without you needing to send the faulty item back.
Refunds are made to the payment method used for your order, within 7 working days of us receiving your return. If you return your whole order, we also refund the original delivery charge (at our standard delivery rate). Depending on your bank, it can take 1 to 5 extra days to appear in your account.
