1We prepare your order as soon as your payment is confirmed, and dispatch it within 1 to 3 working days. Orders placed at the weekend or on bank holidays are prepared on the next working day.
2You receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Follow your parcel at any time on our tracking page.
3Your parcel arrives within 8–15 working days of your order, including preparation. These times are estimates only: they may be longer at busy times (sales, the festive season) or if the carrier runs into delays.

✓ Under £42: a flat rate of £2.50

✓ Check the contents as soon as you open it
✓ Parcel damaged or opened? Note it in writing with the carrier, with precise details, then email us promptly. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
Parcel lost, delayed or damaged? Email us with your order number. We look at each case individually: we'll send it again, refund you or find another solution depending on the circumstances.
Made a mistake in your address? Let us know straight away at info@maison-stickers-muraux.com, before your order has been prepared. An incomplete or incorrect address entered when ordering remains the customer's responsibility (LDR Ecom Group, SASU, cannot be held responsible for any resulting delay or failed delivery).
